Our new recruiter hits the road.

What a great week it was, as I made my way through the first few days of recruiting while on “the road”.  The weather was beautiful with gorgeous fall foliage, beautiful countryside and wonderful people.

From the Purdue Big Ten Grad Fair, to the charming college communities of Cornell and Luther College and finally to the bustling campus of the University of Northern Iowa, I was genuinely impressed with the number of committed and dedicated students who have such a passion for their disciplines and a keen interest in The Graduate School at the University of North Dakota.

I’ve included a picture of our set up at Purdue; Linda Baeza Porter and I fielded questions from about 45 prospective graduate students.  It was a great day and went by all too quickly!
