Grad Student Association and Women in Science events today

Two events today will appeal to our graduate students:


Graduate Student Association
The Graduate Student Association (GSA) meeting is today, October 25th at 1pm in the Memorial Room at the Memorial Union. The topic of today’s meeting is “Health Needs of Graduate Students”. Bring your concerns to the table and brainstorm for beest ways to address them. A representative from the Health and Wellness Hub will be joining us for this discussion.

All graduate and professional students are invited. Snacks will be provided!


Women in Science 
Guest scientist, Michelle Liniggi from Richland, Washington, is a Medical and Scientific Editor. Michelle Linggi’s formal talk will be held on Friday, October 25th at 1pm in the Medical School Room 5510 and all are invited. The title of her talk is “Editing a Science Career.

UND’s Women in Science group is also holding it’s Business Meeting on Monday, October 28th from 3-4pm in the Education Building room #12. Snacks and stimulating conversation about the topic of “women in leadership” will be provided.
